Over the last 40 years, we have developed signature infrastructures such as one-north, the Jurong Island chemicals hub, the Biopolis, biomedical parks, wafer fab parks and logistics hubs. We also spearheaded groundbreaking projects such as the Jurong Rock Caverns to optimise land use; and developments such as Fusionopolis, Seletar Aerospace
Park and Mediapolis to support the growth of industry clusters.
As an industrial infrastructure innovator, we create value for our customers by developing 'future-ready' infrastructure solutions to meet industrial requirements. JTC is developing the CleanTech Park (CTP), in partnership with EDB, to support Singapore's aim to be the global hub in the development and manufacture of clean technology solutions. Developed in three phases,
the 50-hectare development is targeted to be completed in 2030. As Singapore's first eco-business park, CTP's unique green features appeal to all businesses which are committed towards environmental sustainability. In addition, CTP's 'living lab' programme serves to engage industry for the test-bedding and development of green technologies and sustainable urban solutions. CTP's first multi-tenanted building, the 37,500 sqm
CleanTech One opened in early 2012, with various local and international organisations locating their facilities there.
With the encouraging commitment from both public and private sectors, CTP is poised to be the greenest business park in the Tropics.
